It not only feels good, it’s also great for your health. The benefits extend beyond the bedroom. For both men and women, sex has benefits for both physical and mental health.

It also elevates your heart rate to the same levels as moderate exercise and is fantastic for your immune system. Studies show that sexually active people get sick less and take less time off work due to illness. Regular sexual intercourse with a partner has also been proven to lower blood pressure and lower the risk of heart disease in both men and women.
